Role Purpose: As the Head of Content, you will take a leading role in developing and executing a global content strategy that represents Epos Now’s voice across multiple channels. This senior leadership position is responsible for creating a cohesive content strategy that covers PR, social media, awards, and internal communications, aligning with our growth objectives and target audience. You will oversee the production of content across various mediums (written, video, audio) while working closely with internal teams, SEO, and CRM specialists. Your content will amplify Epos Now’s brand presence, engage customers, and support our global expansion. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Leadership: Own and lead the global content strategy, maintaining a 3-6 month forward plan. PR & Media: Manage our PR strategy with external agencies, ensuring a strong media presence and consistent messaging across platforms. Awards Management: Develop an awards calendar, ensuring regular participation to enhance brand awareness and trust. Content Creation & Distribution: Lead the production of first-class content in diverse formats (blogs, videos, social content) to engage target audiences across channels. Collaboration & Partnerships: Work with App Store partners to co-create relevant content for marketing and product sales. Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engine performance. Localization for Global Expansion: Ensure content is localized and relevant to international markets to support our global growth strategy. Content Optimization & SEO: Partner with SEO teams to continuously enhance content effectiveness for SEO and domain authority, ensuring alignment with our brand tone. Customer Engagement & Case Studies: Work closely with internal teams to create customer case studies in various formats, showcasing success stories to potential and existing customers. Content Governance: Act as the gatekeeper for all content assets, including images, videos, and downloadable resources. Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop compelling copy for email and SMS campaigns. Assist the product team in marketing product updates and releases. Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and HotJar to monitor performance, refine strategy, and identify growth opportunities. Success Measures (KPIs): Time on Page: Track the average time users spend engaging with content. Bounce Rate: Monitor the percentage of users leaving after viewing only one page. Content Volume: Maintain a steady flow of high-quality content across platforms. Content Calendar Adherence: Ensure content is published according to the schedule. Leads Generated: Measure the effectiveness of content in generating new business leads. Key Skills & Competencies: Content Strategy Development: Ability to create a comprehensive strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs. SEO Expertise: Knowledge of SEO principles and how to integrate them into content. Brand Messaging: Consistency in maintaining Epos Now’s brand tone across all content.
