We are currently recruiting for 1X Premise Support Officer for our client based in Larne.

Rate of pay: £15.97
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Larne Port
Hours of work : 9am to 5pm. There may be a requirement to participate in an on call rota once fully trained but this can be discussed later
Main Duties:
The Role Holder will carry out a variety of tasks to manage the SPS Facilities in terms of premises management.
The Role Holder is responsible for supporting the Premises Officer and for ensuring all sites are operational, safe and fit for purpose. This work will include health & safety elements, including ensuring fire safety on the site is carried out in line with policy. The RH is also responsible for completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance & management of ad-hoc works as required across the site.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- A Minimum of 6 months experience in a facilities management role gained within the last 5 years.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and Have access to a Vehicle with Insurance cover for Business use.
- A minimum of 12 months Experience managing staff & resources to include motivating teams to deliver business objectives.
- 5 GCSE's at grade C and above including Maths and English & 2 A Levels
- Must complete an Access NI
