Occupational Therapist Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team at Ryecroft School – West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to helping vulnerable children in their daily lives.
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE (DOE)
The ideal candidate will have a rounded and integrated approach to care and clinical services. They will work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, and therapy assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing occupational therapy clinical duties, including standardized and non-standardized assessments, bespoke interventions, and preparing relevant documentation
* Providing information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
* Carrying out sensory integration and supervising/training staff
