Your Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting customer service excellence throughout the organisation. If you're ready to drive excellence and be the key to our transport success, apply now!
Your Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.
* Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
* Providing shipment-specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team.
* Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
* Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
* Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
* Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
* Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.

Your Skills and Experiences
* Experience in logistics, preferably in a customer-focused role.
* Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous; experience in Pharma is preferable.
* Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills.
* Great communication skills with strong self-motivation.
* Analytical thinking with good numeric/financial ability.
