Recruitment / Sales Consultant – Hall Green, Birmingham Brookes HC Recruitment are going through an exciting period of growth and as such have a new vacancy within our office team As a Recruitment Consultant you will take full responsibility of a 360 desk including but not limited to: Performing both Warm and Cold Calling Booking and attending regular client meetings Working both Permanent and Temporary Roles Sourcing candidates and building your own candidate network Bringing new clients into the business by navigating different sales techniques Maintaining existing relationships Effectively utilise the CRM System The right candidate for this role will: Experienced in 360 recruitment Have a demonstrable back ground in placements and sales Able to work effectively within a small office team Can maintain high activity and navigate effective people management Strong administration skills This role offers: Working week of Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm Must have a proven track record in Health Care Sector OR Hospitality Sector On-Site Parking Fantastic commission structure manage own diary hybrid working an option If you are interested in this of interest to you please apply through this advert
