This is a 2-year contract for a new role alongside three others: Retention Operations Manager (open role), Customer Communications Manager, and Retention and Loyalty Manager.
This role supports an increasing volume of work within the team, driven by increasing complexity including regulatory requirements, energy transition, and global socio-economic challenges.

What you'll need
* 2+ years of experience in a related industry or role.
* Strong reporting skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating charts and summaries.
* Experience managing projects end-to-end.
* Presentation skills, creative flair, comfortable with PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of GDPR.
* Experience working with third-party marketing agencies.
