Location: Covent Garden, Central London
A well-known and industry-leading chartered surveyors firm is looking for a first jobber to come in and join their team as a receptionist and administrator! Based in beautiful offices in Covent Garden, the team is fun, sociable and friendly. The role is busy and varied and as the first person that people see, you will be a brand ambassador and smiley face!
Duties will include:
1. Answering, screening and directing calls
2. Taking and relaying messages
3. Managing meeting room diaries
4. Meeting and greeting guests and showing them to the meeting room
5. Providing guests and staff with refreshments
6. Clearing and tidying meeting rooms following meetings
7. Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
8. Dealing with outgoing mail
9. Organising and maintaining office/kitchen and stationery supplies
10. Overflow PA/secretarial duties from PAs
11. Dictation
12. General office duties
We are looking for a cheerful, polished candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves and learn. With a team of PA and administrative staff, there are lots of mentors to look up to and learn from. Strong interpersonal skills are a non-negotiable.
