As a CRM Executive at our Oxford-based office, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and acquisition through effective email campaigns and CRM strategies. Role Overview: As a CRM Executive, you’ll manage and execute email marketing campaigns, support CRM strategy, and work closely with the team to enhance the overall customer journey. You’ll contribute to the development of customer lifecycle strategies and segmentation, ensuring we deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Management: Build, deploy, and optimise email campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions. CRM Strategy Support: Collaborate on customer retention and acquisition strategies to increase lifetime value and improve engagement metrics. Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journeys that enhance experiences across all touchpoints, from acquisition to retention. Segmentation & Automation: Help to manage customer segmentation and work with basic automation tools to deliver targeted campaigns. Customer Lifecycle: Help design and execute initiatives to optimise the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring timely and relevant communications. Key Skills & Experience: Email Campaigns: Proven experience in building and executing email campaigns that deliver results. CRM Strategy: Some experience in developing CRM strategies focused on both customer acquisition and retention. Platform Knowledge: Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo or Bloomreach is highly desirable. Customer Journey Mapping & Segmentation: A solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and using data to drive campaign decisions. Automation & Basic CRM Skills: Familiarity with automation tools and basic CRM functionalities.
