We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading investment management firm based in Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage and really grow and develop within the role.
Duties will include;
* Handling and prioritising assigned client requests and following up with internal partners or clients directly to resolve outstanding issues.
* Following company procedures to resolve client issues. Conducts research and completes standard transactions.
* Identifying applicable internal partners to collaborate with to develop solutions.
* Ensuring client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels.
You will have prior experience in a Customer Service / Client Care role ideally within a Financial or Professional services organisation.
