Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense prescription medications while ensuring legal and ethical compliance. Provide expert clinical advice and support to customers and healthcare professionals. Conduct medication reviews and offer services such as flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and other NHS or private services. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pharmacy, including stock management and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with customers, offering excellent customer service and professional guidance. Support and supervise pharmacy colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Stay up to date with developments in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory changes. What We're Looking For Qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and NHS regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive and customer-centric approach to healthcare.
