About the Role: As the Office Manager, you will be essential to the day-to-day operations of our office, taking pride in the space and ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. Your expertise in managing large office spaces will bring innovative ideas and initiatives to make the best use of our space, creating a productive, efficient and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: Office Management Maintain clean, organised, and inviting office spaces, including reception, kitchen, and communal areas. Develop comprehensive office manuals and guides for employees. Oversee relationships with external cleaning teams and optimise costs. Serve as the primary contact for office facilities, repairs, and enhancements. Manage office supplies, mail processes, courier accounts, and meeting room arrangements. Organise office events, celebrations, and social committee initiatives within budget. Schedule floral deliveries, manage visitor access, and coordinate parking and travel arrangements. Cover reception duties when required. Health and Safety Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and fire drills. Maintain accurate records for health and safety practices, including accident reporting and compliance with COSHH. Ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date. Lead health and safety inductions and training for employees. Schedule and document equipment testing and refresher courses for first aid and fire marshals. Building Partnership Attend building management meetings and manage compliance with waste and recycling regulations. Collaborate on shared initiatives with other tenants and update employees on building-hosted events. Skills: Proven experience in office management for 200 employees. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Expertise in health and safety regulations and compliance. Creative and proactive approach to fostering positive workplace culture. Effective communicator with a solutions-oriented mindset. Passion for creating people-centric and wellness-focused environments. Collaborative and innovative thinker.
