We're working on behalf of a leading global brand who are looking for a talented and strategic Events Manager to take full ownership of their national events and seminars programme. This isn't just about logistics - this is a commercially focused role, driving event performance to directly influence revenue.

From concept through to execution and post-event analysis, you'll lead, innovate, and deliver experiences that convert!
Day to Day
Own and manage a busy calendar of high-quality B2B seminars and events across the UK
Develop and implement a results-led events strategy focused on new business generation
Analyse performance, delegate quality, ROI and make data-backed decisions to optimise outcomes
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, PR, and senior stakeholders to ensure maximum attendance and sales conversion
Lead a small events team - assigning projects, motivating, and mentoring
Oversee all event collateral and promotional content, ensuring brand consistency and impact
Regular reporting on key metrics, including revenue and attendee stats
Travel to key events and quarterly meetings in Manchester
YOU?
Proven track record of delivering commercially successful seminars or lead-gen events
Experience managing a team or direct reports
Confident working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and leadership teams
Strong communication and content review skills
Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
