About the Role

This includes providing recruitment advice, managing employee relations, and developing training programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is essential, and a professional qualification such as CIPD would be highly desirable.
What We Offer
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, with a salary of £42,725 per annum.
