Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster".
As part of this modernisation, students will now be given a personal electronic device at the start of their course to help carry out/aid their training. This role will be responsible for helping to facilitate the distribution and administration of the devices and lead a small team of Administrators.
This role is Fixed Term until March 2027 and will involve travel between Royal Navy establishments in the South of England.

Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
* Leading a small team of Mobile Device Administrators across multiple locations in the South of England.
* Distributing Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses.
* Maintaining student allocation logs for those devices issued.
* Ensuring student profiles are set up on mobile device management system (JAMF).
* Setting up and maintaining course profiles on mobile device system.
* Processing and maintaining new App requests.
* Ensuring the electronic and physical cleaning of devices on their return from the student.
* Responsible for password resets and raising issues to second line support.
* Ensuring any 'failed' devices are packaged and returned effectively to supplier for repair.
What we're looking for:
* Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace.
* Strong administrator.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to travel in the South of England.
* Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
