My client based near Tonbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its well-established team.
Key Duties
* Dealing with Customers face to face, via telephone and email
* Inputting information on Database
* Booking in Appointments for customers
* Ordering parts and accessories
* Dealing with questions and issues
* Chasing orders
* Diary Management
Experience required
* Previous experience in a similar Customer service-based role
* Good communications skills
* Ability to work in a pressured environment
* Ability to deal with customers professionally face to face, via the telephone and also email
* Good IT Skills – ideally knowledge
* An eye for detail
