Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to work at a large special needs school in Grantham. This school caters for young people from primary through to secondary age. The school are looking for a dynamic individual to join a busy team and support learners with a range of social and emotional needs. This is a vibrant and diverse school, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team. This role will be term time only and candidates must have relevant experience, for example working in a previous school or childcare setting. The school are also happy to consider graduates with transferable skills. Candidates must be ready to start work and be able to work 8:30am - 3:30pm. Previous experience of managing challenging behaviour and working in a fast paced environmental is desirable but not essential. The successful for TA will have a positive work ethic and the passion to take on a new and exciting challenge. The school is in an isolated location so the ideal candidate will have access to a car or live close to the NG31 area.
