Coed Glas Primary school requires an excellent, experienced, kind and caring TA to work with pupils with social communication difficulties and Autism in our SRB.
The pupils are looking for an energetic, caring adult who can support them in developing their social skills, with their learning in the SRB and in the classroom, and to help and encourage them when managing their emotions. This post would suit a flexible, trained adult who shows patience and understanding, and who has successful experience across the primary age and in particular, experience supporting children with Autism.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering high quality support to children with ALN, particularly children with social communication difficulties and Autism.
Being a team player is vital in this role as is excellent communication. Applicants should be able to manage resourcing and keeping records as well as having a creative flair to engage children.
