Duties:
1. Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including Pre MOT, Services, PDI's, and MOT failure work.
2. Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission issues.
3. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical problems.
4. Follow repair manuals and schematics to perform accurate repairs and replacements.
5. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed.
6. Weld and fabricate metal parts when necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
1. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
2. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
3. Ability to read and interpret schematics and repair manuals.
4. Experience with equipment repair and maintenance.
5. Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and working in physically demanding conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
