About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Oldham on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working. You will deliver accurate, high quality financial analysis to support reporting of financial performance across workstreams and regions within Guinness Property.

You will not only be an experienced and qualified finance analyst, but you will also have great customer service skills and excellent stakeholder management. You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience:
* Experience of working effectively with Financial Systems to deliver improvements, ideally Oracle Cloud.
* Advanced Excel skills enabling the effective analysis and evaluation of high quantities of data.
* Experience of data analysis, delivering performance reports, developing managing information reports and dashboards.
* Good attention to detail with ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to present effectively to varying levels in an organisation.
* Experience of working with complex financial and work management systems.
* Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications
* AAT Qualified or Foundation level CIMA / CCAB Qualification
