Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Head of Quality & Compliance to join our team. About The Role We are looking for a dynamic individual, passionate about excellence, to lead our Quality and Compliance function. As an organisation, we have ambitious goals to drive significant improvements in quality, to help us become an outstanding provider within the social care sector. We expect the successful candidate to take a strategic approach to manage substantial change and imbed the right culture, including implementation of a new quality and compliance system.
