Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Product Owner | Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service solutions bespoke to Select. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to articulate business requirements to the developer to devise the appropriate technical solution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business benefit.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service implementations.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, facilitating workshops to ensure alignment between business and technology.
* Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Salesforce solutions, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact.
* Work closely with development teams using JIRA to deliver bespoke Salesforce products.
* Drive user adoption through targeted training programs, knowledge articles and continuous support.
* Support the Change Manager with current communications relating to new updates and releases.
* Create process-oriented dashboards and reports from Salesforce data to inform decision-making.
* Utilize Salesforce analytics to derive insights, monitor KPIs, and support senior leadership in delivering the digital transformation agenda.
* Manage the product backlog and deliver features in alignment with Agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service solutions.
* Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.
* Proficient in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, and working with development teams.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in creating actionable insights from Salesforce analytics.
Education and Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Field Service Consultant).
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
* Experience in the construction and plant-based industry is an advantage.
