Receptionist - Bournemouth - Temporary Rubicon’s client is seeking a cheerful, proactive individual with a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service. As the Receptionist you’ll be the face of the company, managing the front desk and providing invaluable support to the administration team. Receptionist Job Description: Under immediate supervision, operates multiple-call telephone switchboard console and directs calls to appropriate person or department. Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties. Notifies staff of visitor's arrival. Typically operates a single or multiple position telephone system. Maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges when necessary. Additional duties may include filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special clerical projects. May use company intranet, paging or other computer-based systems. Performs related clerical work such as word processing, if necessary. Receptionist Skills and Experience: A positive, can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
