What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic candidates with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.The successful candidate will have experience of TA work with secondary age SEND students and experience of working with students with autism and attachment difficulties. Applicants need to be fully aware of responsibilities relating to the duty of care and to be able to take responsibility, work on own initiative and make decisions. The successful candidate will have listening skills and be fully aware of responsibilities relating to the duty of care.
