Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
* Retention &; acquisition of clients, applicants &; your own pipeline
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement
* Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other departments
* Business generation
* Maximising branch profit, working closely with colleague and Manager
* Supporting junior members of the department
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Experience as a Sales Negotiator looking to make your next career move
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstratable generation of new business in a target-driven environment
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* IT literate
* You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
