About The Role:
The Crowd are partnered with a practice that is known for their esteemed and high-profile heritage designs. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for a Senior Architect/Senior Technologist to join their Cambridge studio to spearhead noteworthy projects.
Playing a pivotal role, you would offer your expertise on technical stages and project delivery and have a proven track record of working through RIBA stages 3-7. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a meticulous attention to detail and a fondness for bringing work from the past into a contemporary light.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and lead heritage projects across varying scales
* Lead the planning and programming of technical packages and delivery of projects
* Daily liaison and coordination with design professionals within a multi-disciplinary design team as well as external consultants, clients and councils
* Provide integral support to senior project leads throughout all stages of projects
* Cultivate and upkeep client relationships by offering comprehensive support throughout project lifecycles
* Take charge of projects during construction phases and collaborating closely with contractors
Key Skills/Requirements:
* A relevant degree in architecture along with ARB registration
* At least 10 years’ experience post ARB registration would be beneficial to the role
* Strong proficiency within technical and detailing stages of projects
* Proven experience working through RIBA stages 3-7
* Proficiency within AutoCAD and Revit is a must
* Prior experience working on heritage/listed buildings is beneficial
