We are a group of colleges in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy. Education Training Collective (Etc.) delivers a full range of courses, training and apprenticeship opportunities, as well as professional and commercial courses.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Adult Skills and Partnerships Team reporting to our Partnerships Manager. Voted Winner of the ‘Exceptional Team/Group’ category at the Etc. Staff Awards 2023, the Adult Skills and Partnerships Team are a small hardworking and friendly team that contribute to local skills development in their work on key initiatives including niche partnership delivery.
Working in the Partnerships Team with the Etc., you will provide a full and varied range of administrative support and quality compliance tasks for cross College subcontracted and Project provision, working with the department Manager and Head to ensure effective and high-quality subcontracted provision including support with quality and compliance monitoring visits, due diligence checks, quality monitoring, paperwork reviews, sampling of learner work and meeting with learners. The processing of key enrolment and achievement paperwork in line with funding agency rules whilst maintaining databases and spreadsheets as required by the Partnerships Manager will also play a part in this role.
The ideal candidate will have administration and coordination knowledge and experience with desirable skills that include:
1. A high degree of accuracy in paperwork collation, completion, monitoring and checking.
2. Proficient use of Microsoft systems, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
3. A high level of verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders enabling you to create strong working relationships with partners, stakeholders, and relevant Etc. staff.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for a flexible and responsive individual.
Candidates must have the essential qualifications listed in the job specification but previous experience in this type of role, whilst desired, is not essential as training will be provided.
