Our client, an industry-leading estate agency, has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join their team in their busy office based in Gloucester. This is a rewarding role for an ambitious individual. The successful candidate will be organized, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a positive approach.
As a team player, it is essential to support the lettings team daily, providing high levels of efficiency and accurate administration for each and every let. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Processing move-in documents
2. Keeping clients updated and well informed
3. Booking appointments on the internal diary system

Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, flexible working hours to suit a school run (e.g., 9am – 2pm / 10am – 3pm)
Salary: £23,000 pro rata per annum
