£33-34k basic + car/car allowance and uncapped commission
Four Squared are representing a leading waste management and recycling company committed to sustainability and innovation who are looking for a motivated, field sales professional to join their team. Our client is a leading recycling company that provide tailored solutions to businesses, helping them reduce waste, improve efficiency, and achieve environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
A full 360 sales process, developing new business through cold calling and generating leads, ultimately supporting the prospective client through to onboarding as a customer.
Deliver 10+ presentations monthly to prospects.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via CRM.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
Move deals forward with urgency and energy. Ideal Candidate:
Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
Ability to engage senior decision-makers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
