The Role: As a Conveyancing Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of property transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters. Handling client communications, ensuring queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently. Managing case files, including document organisation, data entry, and updating records in the Case Management System. Carrying out property searches and client ID checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications. Performing general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing processes. What We’re Looking For: A law graduate (or related degree) with a keen interest in property law or legal administration. Strong organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
