Job Description
We are seeking B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our clients Engineering Teams in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and under the day-to-day supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the position holder will be required to perform Base Maintenance primarily; however, they do operate Line Maintenance, so this could be an option in the future.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Perform/certify aircraft maintenance – Scheduled Maintenance Inspections, MODS, and rectification.
2. Maintain acceptable airworthiness and maintenance standards.
3. Issue certifications within the scope of authorization.
4. Report on incidents or lapses in quality involving aircraft staff, material, plant, tools, equipment, premises, or facilities.
Essential:
1. CAA B1.3 Licence.
2. Relevant experience and time on helicopters.
Skills:
1. Ideally typed on one of the following: AW189, AW139, S-92.
2. Excellent adaptable team worker, with good work and safety ethics.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a small team.
5. Analytical approach to problem-solving.
6. Numerical skills.
7. Motivated to provide a high standard of work.
8. Ability to consider the effects of their actions on both the Department and the Company as a whole.
9. Demonstrate integrity in all aspects.
10. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Key role details and benefits:
1. 4 – 4 – 6 shift patterns (7am-7pm).
