Job Description
Key responsibilities for this call centre agent will include:
1. Delivering excellent customer service on every call received.
2. Taking inbound calls (and emails) from new clients, explaining the onboarding process and passing along relevant details to appropriate teams internally.
3. Communicating mainly by phone initially, with follow-up emails forming part of the process.
4. General administration and information sharing within the teams.
5. The role would suit an individual who takes pride in providing a great first impression and accurately collects the relevant data essential for the needs of the business.
The Successful Applicant
The desired candidate for this role must match the following criteria:
1. Excellent customer service ability - clear phone manner and excellent ability to articulate complex information requests.
2. Experience working in a contact centre based role or similar and keen to develop their skills in a new business.
3. Able to work in a KPI style environment.
4. Confident, helpful, and personable character.
5. Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone.
What's on Offer
This role is offering:
1. Basic Salary of £19,000.
2. Two weeks initial training will be provided and regular ongoing training.
3. Options for internal moves after 12 months within this role.
4. Working patterns Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

6. KPI's based around customer experience and completing files - NO SALES needed for this role, KPI's can be achieved by offering excellent customer support.
