We are looking for a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Ravensburger UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and executing trade marketing plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for collaborating with local category and sales teams, creating and executing promotional programs and marketing initiatives for trade channels, and leading the organisation and execution of trade events programme.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute trade marketing plans in line with company sales strategies and goals
* Collaborate with local category and sales team to create and execute promotional programs and marketing initiatives for trade channels
* Leading the organisation and execution of trade events programme
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Ravensburger outlet stores with marketing materials
* Organise the design, production, and distribution of POS materials
* Coordinate retailer specific trade events
* Collaborate with International trade marketing and category team
* Work with the Category Managers and sales team to ensure POS materials are effectively placed in-store
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Manage point of sale and event/exhibition inventory
* Develop trade marketing literature
* Coordinate retailer instore demonstrations
* Synchronise product data flow
* Maintain head office showroom displays
* Work with Digital Marketing Manager on trade CRM programme
* Manage budgets and track ROI
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, consumer product is a must, toy industry preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
