Role Overview As an Airport Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring students arrive and depart safely and smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for students coming to the UK, offering a warm welcome and assisting with transfers to and from the summer school centres. This role requires excellent organisational skills, responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities Meet and Greet: Welcome students at the airport, guide them to the holding area, and ensure smooth transfer to their coaches. Support Departures: Assist departing students with check-in and ensure they’re safely on their way. Communication: Coordinate with the airport team, Head Office, and airline staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Student Safety: Promote the welfare and safety of students throughout the transfer process. Pre-transfer Duties: Attend briefing, ensure you’re properly equipped (orange t-shirt, lanyard), and know your shift timings. Essential Requirements GCSEs (A-C, including English and Maths) or equivalent Fluent English speaker Experience working with children or young people Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team Desirable Experience in similar summer programmes or event management Additional language skills First Aid qualification What We Offer £6 meal allowance per shift.
