We are looking for a charismatic and confident Senior Restaurant Managerto join a brand-new all-day brasserie, opening this September in Fitzrovia. As the number two in the F&B team, youll play a crucial role in shaping the restaurants culture, service, and success. If you thrive in a hands-on role and love the buzz of a fast-paced, high-quality operation, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the brasserie, ensuring service excellence and smooth running from breakfast through to late-night service.
* Lead and inspire a team of 29, creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
* Drive standards, efficiency, and team performance in a high-volume setting.
* Be hands-onwhether its leading the floor, managing reservations, or handling guest interactions.
* Take ownership of administrative responsibilities, including rota management, stock control, and financial reporting.
* Play a key role in the opening process, implementing systems, training staff, and setting up for success.
About you:
* Charismatic, engaging, and a natural leader you set the tone for service and team culture.
* Experience in restaurants, hotels, or brasseries, ideally with a background in openings.
* Proven track record in high-volume environments.
* Hands-on and adaptableready to jump in wherever needed.
