Microsoft Dynamics Help Desk Support – Business Central

Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking multipleMicrosoft Dynamics Help Desk Support specialists with expertise in Business Central to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Business Central, escalating when necessary.
* Assist users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
* Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Document solutions, common issues, and troubleshooting processes for knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a help desk or support role within an IT services or ERP environment.
* 3 years + BC Support Desk - Preferably MSP.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
* Experience troubleshooting and supporting users with Business Central configurations, modules, and integrations.
* Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform would be beneficial.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
