Pharmacy Quality and Development Manager
North West London, NW10
* Part time, 3 days (22.5 hours) per week
* Fixed term contract until 31st December 2025
* £45,000 - £50,000 per annum pro rata

The Role
As the Pharmacy Quality and Development Manager, you'll be a cornerstone of our client’s Regulatory Team, ensuring they meet and exceed professional standards across their network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Compliance and Standards: Maintain the Quality System, uphold GPhC standards, and ensure inspection readiness across all premises.
* Manage Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and train staff on SOPs, policies, and audits, with proper documentation.
* Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform site audits, manage clinical risk assessments, and ensure legal and prescribing quality compliance.
* Drive Quality Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in pharmacy services while fostering collaboration for enhanced safety and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

* GPhC-registered pharmacist or technician.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in community or hospital pharmacy.
