Job summary 1. To plan and manage own workload, which will beidentified and supervised by Senior Community Nurse for Children with a Learning Children and CNCLD Team Lead 2. To share responsibility for day-to-day management of the service in the absence of theTeam Lead and other team members. 3. Main duties of the job 1.To provide care in partnership with parents/carers/child using interventions appropriate to the assessed need as per the CNCLD Standard Operating Procedures. 2.To evaluate the outcome of interventions using a process of regular review in collaboration with the child, family, CNCLD and other professionals involved. 3.To advise on the promotion of health and the prevention of ill health. 4. Participate in Safeguarding Children processes as required, sharing information as necessary and completing reports within timescales.
