Communicating with clients throughout the shipping process and collaborating with the Hemisphere team to provide logistics solutions
Handling day-to-day Import ocean freight operations and customs processes
Building and maintaining client relations for continued business
Coordinating final mile delivery requirements with third-party suppliers and in-house team
Providing general customs advice and creating customs and import ocean document
Requirements
Ideally a background in a road/sea/Air freight role working for a freight forwarder would be highly desirable - This however is not essential
Knowledge of customs procedures
Understanding of AEO procedures, Bills of Lading, Inco Terms, and general customs compliance
