Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, we are looking for an approachable and personable individual to join our growing IT Team. This will appeal to someone who enjoys a varied role, is passionate about IT, works well under pressure, will accept ownership of a project through to completion and takes pride in a job done well. Responsibilities Providing support to internal IT operations including hardware / software management & maintenance, daily I.T. support covering a range of platforms Internal IT Support - 1st Line response Web App upgrades Managing client Databases Microsoft Suite of tools Hardware Management (Printers / Laptops etc) Strong documentation skills adhering to best working practice Actively participating in your own development plan which will be agreed with your line manager Achieving personal development targets, as agreed with your line manager Taking part in meetings, supervision, training and other events to assist with your development, as requested by your line manager Any other task as directed by your Line Manager About You Qualifications- A level or BTEC equivalent in a IT related field is desirable. Skills and competencies Essential Experience in a similar IT role at support analyst or assistant/entry level Confidence and experience with Microsoft Office Some experience in building and maintaining computers or robotics Desirable Any programming/ scripting languages Personal Attributes Enthusiasm and passion for IT Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK Ability to commit to occasional national travel Due to the location of our office a driving license and own transport is required.
