RG Consultancy are working with a medium sized and fast growing construction business in Rochdale who are recruiting a Sales Ledger Supervisor to join a small finance team. You will oversee and manage the Sales Ledger function and supervise a small team of two people. 28 days holiday full christmas shut down Study support Free parking Pension scheme The Role To oversee and manage the Sales Ledger function within the finance department Ensure the accurate reporting to the accountant periodically and year end To ensure the sales ledger invoices are processed, queried and reconciled Responsible for the forward planning, deadline settings and ensure team are adhering to and achieving these Process invoices, payments and customer related queries Raising credits Any adhoc dudites to support the Sales Ledger/Credit Control function as required The Person Experience within a people management or supervisory role in a finance/accounts setting Leadership skills to supervise a small team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Experienced in MS Excel and SAGE is highly desirable An AAT qualification would be an advantage but not essential
