Based in Chelmsford – Must drive due to rural location
£25k–£27k + Bonus
Mon–Fri, 8:30–5:30 Permanent Role office based
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Helping people find the storage solutions of their dreams
Processing orders and fixing delivery hiccups with flair
Turning complaints into compliments like a customer service professional
Keeping things organised and on track behind the scenes
What You Bring:

Experience in a customer service environment
A cool head, a kind heart, and a laser-sharp eye for detail
Confidence, empathy, and the ability to talk to literally anyone
