About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to execute comprehensive marketing plans, blending Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with proposition development to support business growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
* Develop and manage ABM strategies, tailoring content to target specific audiences.
* Create and optimize marketing materials for events, social media (including LinkedIn), and paid advertising.
* Partner with teams to support consultancy services through effective stakeholder engagement.
* Analyse campaign performance and refine approaches for maximum impact.
* Contribute to proposition development and process improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consultancy or professional services.
* Expertise in ABM, lead generation, and campaign management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Practical knowledge of LinkedIn, paid advertising, and digital marketing tools.
* A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
