Our opportunity: Working as part of our Team team, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Lead Customer Business Manager whereby you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of a top 4 customers in the UK. The role has a high level of autonomy and management of a Level 3 Customer Business Manager. You’ll be tasked with identifying opportunities and recommending actions to enhance margin and to grow the volume of Nestlé confectionery. You’ll be creating strategic joint business plans with the customer to secure maximum distribution and growth. You will be the internal and external face of Nestlé Food and our customer brands within the major multiple channel. You: This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with direct experience of managing major multiple accounts to join the 1 st Choice sales team on the Tesco account We’re looking for people who really understand the FMCG landscape To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you are a high performer and be able to evidence your successful impact on commercial performance To really stand out you’ll have a proven track record of sustained strong performance, and show how you have adapted to changing priorities in that time. You must enjoy a challenge, and have an ambitious, positive “can do” attitude. You’ll be a good strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills this is linked to great team working skills including cross functionally. Finally, you’ll be used to a high level of autonomy and to networking to achieve results.
