Business Development Executive
Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based clients are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a key role within a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals seeking out growth opportunities.
You can expect:
1. Highly competitive starting salary from £50k plus with additional performance related bonus - experienced BDM are encouraged to apply!

3. Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30 minutes for lunch) - Site based
What you will be doing:
1. Ability to focus on getting the job done and hitting KPIs
2. Persistent focus on breaking down barriers to new markets and fanatical follow up of opportunities
3. CRM management and sales tools to ensure all communications are documented
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
5. Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day
What we are looking for:
1. Strong administration experience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environment
2. Demonstrate progressive sales B2B or account management experience
3. Tenacious with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situation
4. Excellent time management to get the best out of your day
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teams
6. Must be happy to be office based in south Hereford
