Job Description
This is a remote position.
About Us:
SyncEzy is a rapidly growing Integration Company in the B2B SAAS space, focusing on the Construction, Trades, and Service Industries. We work with top software in the trades industry, such as Procore, Dropbox, Asana, Quickbooks, simPRO, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
We are a stable and established company that values our staff and operates a flat organization with a friendly culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Be the face and voice of SyncEzy UK, serving as the single point of contact for all UK and European inquiries.
2. Follow-up on leads and emails from clients promptly via phone, email, and CRM.
3. Connect with prospective clients through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS, phone, etc.), set demo appointments, and guide them through the software.
4. Manage and support the sales process from inquiry through to closure.
5. Track sales activities in Zoho CRM & the Ticketing system Zoho Desk.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Attend Construction Trade and Industry conferences and networking events in person and/or virtually.
2. Identify potential software resales partners and channels.
3. Collaborate with marketing and the executive team to provide feedback on messaging and positioning to improve demos and presentations.
This role will suit an IT-savvy ex-tradesperson, construction professional, or veteran looking to transition into IT/Sales/Relationship Management. Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential.
Requirements
1. Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
2. 5+ years' experience in a B2B-focused Sales role.
3. Experience and understanding of selling SaaS subscriptions/software.
4. Experience conducting product demos and sales calls via remote meetings.
5. Understanding of Construction and Trade Services businesses; experience with trade software like Procore, simPRO, or construction/project management software is advantageous.
6. Tech-savvy and familiar with Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox, etc.
7. Construction or Trade project management experience is a plus.
8. A quiet home office setup with a minimum 100 Mbps internet connection is required.
Note:
* All client meetings require a company T-shirt/Hoodie; casual dress is acceptable otherwise.
** Significant morning starts (6 am) or late finishes (9 pm) may be necessary for training. Flexibility will be provided post-training.
We offer a fixed permanent salary of 30,000 - 35,000 GBP per year without commissions. We believe in a fair day's work for a fair day's pay and prioritize support over sales.
This is our first hire in the UK, offering significant growth opportunities as the team expands in Europe. We provide allowances for hardware/IT expenses and reward performance with year-end bonuses.
Remote work is available from anywhere with a good internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
