Lead HE Quality Manager
Salary: £40,682 per annum FTE
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Job Purpose
The post holder will work closely with the Head of HE to complete a range of management tasks consistent with the role of Lead HE Quality Manager. The post holder will lead on the effective implementation of the College's drive to provide outstanding success for its learners, employers, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with the Head of HE and other Registry staff to ensure effective governance of quality and related processes across the college.
2. Prepare documentation and materials for formal approval by appropriate HE committees and actively contribute to HE deliberative structures.
3. Manage the internal quality improvement process, ensuring consistency across all areas of provision and minimizing risk.
4. Review external examiner reports, monitor their receipt, and ensure actions are taken promptly.
5. Take personal responsibility for their own development as a manager, continuously enhancing their professional knowledge.
Person Specification
* GCSE English & Maths Grade C or equivalent
* Experience of developing, implementing and managing effective systems, policies and procedures
* Experience in administration preferably in a higher education setting
* Educated to degree level or an equivalent academic or professional qualification
* Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant quality assurance regulatory frameworks.
