Position: Admin/Receptionist (Temporary Agency Basis with a possibility of going permanent).
Start Date: 3rd March (Subject to Reference and DBS Checks).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour.
Job Overview:
Teaching Personnel are working closesly with a mixed primary and secondary SEN School in Darwen who are seeking a motivated and organised admin assistant/receptionist to join their team on a temporary agency basis. This role is crucial in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and handling front desk activities with professionalism.
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Organising and maintaining files and records.
* Providing administrative support to various departments.
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Handling general office duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Subject to satisfactory reference and DBS checks.
