This global beauty company are seeking an efficient Office Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly organised individual with superb administrative skills who is passionate about driving office culture. The role is to start immediately on 20 hours a week and on a contract to perm basis. Client Details The beauty company in London provide high end cosmetics to customers world wide. A recent merger has meant that they going through a period of growth and will soon need a new office to accommodate their London team. You will manage the running of the office whilst supporting 2 directors. Description Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office Coordinating administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency Organising meetings and managing databases Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on Using a range of software packages Arrange events for the office to drive a positive culture Profile A successful Office Manager should have: Event coordination experience Excellent organisational and time management skills Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Strong communication and people skills Job Offer A salary of up to 43k and company benefits.
