About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to two C-Suite members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role requires exceptional diary management, administrative efficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
1. Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments to optimise time efficiency.
2. Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action points.
3. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
4. Draft and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
5. Ensure efficient document and records management, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
6. Process expenses relating to leadership activities.
7. Conduct research and provide background information to support decision-making.
8. Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transfers.
9. Organise and support corporate events, team offsites, and external engagements.
10. Manage logistics for client visits, conferences, and networking events.
11. Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
12. Liaise with other PAs and administrative professionals to ensure alignment across the organisation.
13. Support the wider team where necessary, including covering for other administrative roles during leave periods.
