Role: Night Support Worker
Location: Sherbourne
Contract: Full-Time/Part time
Salary: £13.05 to £13.37
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight care and support to people with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing as outlined in personalised care plans.
Conduct health and safety checks, complete documentation accurately, and address any incidents or emergencies promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, undertake designated tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.
About You:
You are compassionate, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to remain alert during night shifts. Experience in social care is desirable, alongside good communication skills and a positive attitude. A willingness to develop skills and engage in continuous professional development is essential.
